At Oasis Baklawa, we take pride in crafting premium-quality Baklawa and gourmet sweets, prepared fresh with the finest ingredients. Each order is handled with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have a specific return and refund process in place.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, dislike the taste, or decide you no longer need the product after delivery.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged during transit
- You receive an incorrect item
- There is a quality issue that does not meet our standards
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been prepared or shipped
- Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations will not be possible
5. Important Notes
- All products must be stored as per the storage instructions provided to ensure freshness and safety
- We cannot accept returns of partially consumed or opened products due to food safety and hygiene regulations
